God, help me.

God , help me.

My heart is beating as loud as it can be. I don't need this kind of adrenaline.

I like this quote :"Meredith: [narrating] Change; we don’t like it, we fear it, but we can't stop it from coming. We either adapt to change or we get left behind. And it hurts to grow, anybody who tells you it doesn’t is lying. But heres the truth: the more things change, the more they stay the same. And sometimes, oh, sometimes change is good. Oh, sometimes, change is ... everything."

Surprise Surprise.

KoonLay called me today. We haven't talked to each other since o levels ended. She said she had a pretty good time in MI. Had made a lot of new friends whom surprising are from the East side, namely Toa Payoh and CHIJ and St Gabriel's. Hmms, She also said that our school has a pretty innocent life compared to those of single sex's schools. Apparently, there was a girl whom kissed the DM of her school. LOL. Oh, and she got the best progress award from sch with 150 dollars.

Wanted to go out today to get my CNY clothes but nobody had time/money to go with me. Is it weird that i like shopping in Orchard Rd a lot? Much more than other places? I'm running out of places to go to get my cny clothes.

Oh, I also heard something from Koonlay that there's this law management course from Temasek Poly, that's interesting. And apparently, there aren't any other polys that offer that course. But i wonder what are the job opportunities for this in the future? Being a teacher? A law what?

I'm also very tempted to add Amy Adams' enchanted song into the blog, but i think some ppl will find it irritating

Failure

I can't do it.

The results are coming out at 24th Jan. Thursday, not Friday.

I have a gut feeling that I am not going to pass well. I'm not going to get L1R5 less than 20.My heartbeat is racing crazily. I think I'm going to pass out. What if I can't get good results? There's nothing anyone can say or do now to calm me down because we obviously have no idea what to do.

The results are coming nearer and nearer. oh my god.

Thinking back, I really have no confidence that i did well. My humans, maths,a maths are horrible. Its pure luck that i got 20 points for my prelim. And that's not even good enough. I would not know what to study if i got into polytechnic. Business related courses? Or what?

If i get into JC, am i going to enter Art Stream or Science Stream? What school am I getting? What if i can only get into JCs like yishun? This is horrible and i'm freaking out.

Dilema
Sunday, January 20, 2008, 5:34 AM
I have a current dilema here.

Its going to sound bimbo but bear with me. I have two weddings to attend but i have 3 dresses. All formal and one includes prom dress. But my other two dresses are better looking than my prom dress. God, I think i really picked the wrong dress. Expensive does not = to nice. Lesson learnt. Oh, and I can't possibly wear three different dresses to two weddings right? Its going to waste my dress.

I really think i'm writing crap here.

And I finally have a list. YAY!

Grey's Anatomy Season 4 just ended. Ended with Derek and Meredith breaking up and him hooking up with a nurse called Rose. HMPH!!!! They better end up together and Meredith needs therapy! How can anyone refuse McDreamy?

Judgement Day
Friday, January 18, 2008, 6:52 PM
So, Judgement day is coming.
25th Jan.
OMG.

I saw the sms ytd just before i went to bed and i couldn't sleep at all. I managed to stay at each side for like 10 seconds and would flip again. I keep thinking if I can't score below 20 points for L1R5, my life is over. Literally over.

JC

2 years of sec 4 education.
In actual fact, all JC students have are 11/2 years to study for A levels.
You need to be really good to get into NUS , all rounded and blah.
Have to come home very early to study and review what the teacher had taught and put up with the catfights in school.
(I heard ppl tend to get very bitchy in JCs and really compete with each other.)

POLY

3 years of project-based schooling.
Able to do all sorts of things like shopping and blah during free time.
Not so stressful.
Have to get into the top 10-15% to be accepted into universities.
If I take the harder way and study while working, I'm not sure if i can take it.
Oh, and i'd spend a lot of money if i go to poly.

I'm really confused and hate the idea that Judgement Day is so soon.
I think i'd seriously kill myself or tear the paper if my results are bad that day. God forbid.

Good luck!

I really have no idea what to type now. It has been so long since I've blogged. I've been lazing around at home for so long, i know it is wrong to laze at home and do nothing but watch tv. But due to my long Europe vacation, I doubt any company is going to hire me.

The Wait for O's results are scaring the hell out of me. How? I can't sleep when I think of it. This is horrible. I've even lost the appetite to shop. How serious is this? I have nothing on my freaking shopping list!

So, how can i live like this?

I've heard endless rumours when I return from my holiday. Meiping and Triton, Peiling and Yewtong and blah. There're so many things I've freaking missed!

MY EUROPE TRIP

italy

So I arrived at Leonardo Da Vinci Airport and rushed to the toilet to change into winter wear. To my horror, while I was changing, I heard male voices outside my cubicle! When I eventually emerged from the toilet wearing 3 layers of thick clothing , I found myself face to face with 3 Italian male workers. They were acting as if its perfectly normal to be cleaning the female toilet early in the morning. Shortly after, we went to the Colosseum which is really nothing huge. Its not as magnificent as what I've expected. We went around Rome throughout the whole day, seeing the famous wishing fountain decorated with various naked statues and then to Spanish steps.

On the second day, we went to Pisa and florence to visit the majestic statue of DAVID. There were so many branded goods in every tourist attraction man. You can see Prada, Gucci, Chanel everywhere. I was in heaven!BTW, the slanting tower of Pisa is terribly small. Its quite a waste of time if you ask me. But I LOVE the coffee in Italy. I tasted the BEST coffee ever in a small town of Seina. They have the best bread there too. Its even better than France i can guarantee you.

We went to Venice on the third day. Venice is really really beautiful. Especially the famed Gondola. Its actually a small rowing boat but really classy. Its beautifully polished and stuff. But its so cold i had to put on two scarves. HAHA.

We left for Milan on the fourth day. The Milan Cathedral is really really pretty too. Its on par with the Sistine chapel in Vatican City.We saw Celtic fans right outside the Cathedral. The men are seriously wearing the skirt and its so short we were embarrassed. LOL.

We reached Switzerland on the same day. Its a 4 hr ride on the bus.It was seriously BORING.But the scenery when we entered Switzerland was gorgeous. You cannot believe how pretty it is with all the snow. But sadly, it'd only snow on land during Jan.

I'm so tired I will continue part 2 the next time!Oh, and thank you to Yixuan for fixing my blog!:):)
