Japan Trip (I)

I heart* Japan!

I really did not want to come back to Singapore. I did not take a lot of photos and i'm just too tired to upload.

First Day~

I went to Disneyland upon arrival at the Narita Airport in tokyo. I didn't sleep a wink throughout the journey because the plane is so stuffy. It wasn't comfortable at all. It was the A380. I don't like it at all. I had to stand up and sit and the staircase to breathe. Throughout the 7hour journey, I just was not feeling comfortable at all.PLUS, the breakfast is HORRIBLE. So, imagine how grumpy i got when i arrived there.

We went to Disneyland and it was just so loud everywhere. And I do not like stuffed toys and cartoons for god's sake. I was practically having a headache. The themed restaurant's food in Tokyo Disneyland sucks and it's expensive! We bought 4 person's share and it costs around $50! URGH. OH everything there is spoken in Japanese throughout the trip, no translation at all. I had no idea what they were saying and i just keep hearing "so desne, hik" and stuff. I had a terrible day there.

Second Day~ Last Day

We went to Tokyo Tower and I swear that it's better than the Eiffel Tower. Seriously. It's magnificent! Okay, i kind of forget what happened. Anyway, I went onto Mt. Fuji. I thought it was still active. haha. Hmm, I went to their shrines, and shopped a bit. I am lousy at buying souvenirs. So i got you all chopsticks. Hahaha, i think it's quite cute leh.

The japanese guys are cute! Not girly at all. The girls there are seriously not afraid of the cold. They wore shorts and boots when i was wearing thick winter clothes. They're so pretty. But they put on quite a lot of makeup. All of the women, including senior citizens. I sat on the bullet train too. But it wasn't very exciting cos i experienced it before. But the interior of it is very cool. It resembles an airplane actually. Haha.

I shopped at the factory outlet and bought some stuffs! We didn't get to go to shibuya tho :( I like their convenience store! OH, and try their Kobe beef! I like it! haha, the tour guide said the cow is massaged, they listen to classical music and drink beer too! But it's really nice lar. The puffer fish is nice also. I never like sashimi but the puffer fish is really worth the money. They don't export puffer fish out of the country cos it's not even enough for themselves.

We then went to Osaka and shopped at the famous shinsabashi or something. Haha, and i bought a bag! Yay! Then we rushed all the way out for dinner-- shabu shabu. I don't think it's very nice though. They don't have the sauce that my father used to buy from Daimaru. Btw, there's Diva there. I didn't get to look at that though. The Daimaru departmental store is very big though. The one that used to exist here is quite small. It's like the Takashimaya there. Anyway, the food there is amazing. I just kept eating and eating non-stop. The maggi mee also. I love having miso and rice for breakfast. The way the cook their food is so different from ours. They DO NOT use oil at all. When i came back today, we went to the foodcourt for Meepok and our food is just ........ in comparison.

Another thing, their toilets are SPARKLING CLEAN. They have soft toys and carpets in the highway's toilet for god's sake. And, it's so bloody high-tech. You know when you go to the carpark, they have the sensor to tell you how many seats are left? They have the same thing for toilet cubicles! You can just look and they show you which cubicle is available! I'm just so impressed by their cleanliness.

All in all, i did not want to come back at all. I could stay there forever.
